Guild Wars 2

One of the first to get one during Halloween 2012. Got mine before the fix to make it able to be traded/mailed. It is almost a year later and my Endless Halloween Tonic is still not able to be sold/traded even though the tooltip doesn’t say “Soulbound” or “Account Bound”.

Please fix this so I can sell it.
