Hi,
I’ve been away from the game for a long time. Decided to come back, was able to play a few matches in PVP and a couple fractals. I was so excited to try out the new content and see the changes they made since I left. But then I came back to fractals and came across this issue…
Endless loading screens… was able to return to game after a ton of client restarts and a complete reinstall but upon entering Heart of the Mist… It happened again…
Status in loading screen is: MapLoadState: STATE_SERVER_WAIT

It will just stay there and give me a disconnection error after some minutes saying:
(Code=7:0:0:996:101)
Can’t upload another screen shot since I can only attach 1 file… but I have it.
Really? I’m getting so frustrated, I do not want to reinstall this game every time I want to play it. Can someone help me out with this issue?

Ok, so I managed to get in game and play for a couple of hours by deleting the Local.dat file from AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2. I played until I fell asleep, game was left open, when I woke up it was on the character selection screen. So I double clicked on my character pic then… The nightmare continues… ENDLESS LOADING SCREEN AGAIN! And now deleting the Local.dat file does not work…
Here are some trouble shooting I’ve done so far… None of them works…
*Running the game on administrator.
*Deleting Local.dat file.
*Deleting gw2 caches.
*Tried -repair on shortcut.
*Checked my firewall exceptions
*Disabling antivirus.
*Restarting modem and router.
*Restarting computer and doing disk checks.
Status and errors:
*MapLoadState: STATE_SERVER_WAIT
*code=7:0:0:996:101
*code=7:11:3:191:101
Submitted a support ticket same time as my first post but still no reply, also updated it… I hope someone could help me…
