your screenshot is blowing my mind.
I can see your mini map, so I can tell where you are and where you’re facing, but it doesn’t match up with what your dude is looking at. Did they knock that wall down? last time I was in wvw there was no stairs there. or am I blind?

you might need to go in any borderland at your citadel waypoint and check how it looks like
there you will see stairs , how the minimap looks like and everything you need
also there is no way an enemy can walk in there

Anet just needs to look at
1) the guild
+ b) Thieves
+ c) Squire rank
+ d) Emblazoned armor

= few questions + ban . The sooner, the higher chance of success
