The oil/cannons that appear for a tier 1 upgraded tower/keep in WvW are bugged as they’re enemy owned. The guards immediately start attacking them. The respawned build site is also enemy owned. This means no oil/cannons and probably no mortars along with the fact it is always contested.

Can confirm. The DBL garri in my server has been contested ever since eu server reset. Its T3 now with no cannons, oils, mortars and forever contested.
yes, I’m impressed, with which reliability A-Net manages to get Bugs to WvW whenever they patch something… this is just annoying
