I have noticed that using the F1 skill"Toss Elixir H" Does not remove a condition while having the trait Cleaning Formula 409 underwater.
On the subject of another Engineer underwater bug. I have noticed using a skill underwater then coming out of the water that slot the skill was in is on CD. So if I use Slick Shoes underwater and Elixir S is in that slot on land its now on CD.
