This happens randomly, but believe me I tested enough before posting. When I’m using Auto Run and use the Rocket Boots, sometimes disables Auto Run.

Yeah this has been happening for months now. It happens a lot in WvW. In the meantime I found a quick fix for it, after using the skill if you notice you have stopped instead of pressing “w” to run again hit one of your strafe keys and you will start to run again. It’s a lot better than hitting “w” again and then getting into that annoying game of start/stop/start “oh dang which am I on again right now?” game.

It’s nothing exclusive to rocket boots, happens with a lot of skills.

Press a strafe key momentarily, autorun will resume working.
