The tooltip states “Creates a bomb when you dodge” but it doesn’t appear to, in all the time I’ve had the ability not once have I seen a bomb appear following a dodge.

It works, but creates bomb on evade only in combat mode.

War doesn’t determine who is right, only who is left.
