Guild Wars 2

As the title says the engineer rifle skill “Jump Shot” seems to be bugged for me as I can only get it to work in the Heart of the Mists anywhere outside of there such as Rata Sum or Lion’s Arch it doesn’t work.

The details of the character I’m trying to use it on is a Female Asura Engineer who I recently used an experience scroll on to get to level 20 from 7. Though before I used the experience scroll I had already previously unlocked all the rifle abilities.

Try killing something with the rifle again (In PvE), sometimes skills de-unlock themselves for no apparent reason.
