Guild Wars 2

As the topic implies, the Juggernaut trait is not working as intended. Last night prior to the patch, I was given a 50% movement speed penalty as the tooltip describes. This afternoon I logged in, equipped my flamethrower and was surprised to see that I was moving at regular speeds.

It does still seem to be bugged though; it doesn’t add the 200 Toughness.
