It updates all the tool tips so it APPEARS to work… but when you actually apply a burn it doesnt increase duration.
I tested with multiple skills on multiple targets in both PvE and PvP. It does not actually increase duration at all.
Example.. Incin w/o the trait is a 7s burn (balth) on the tooltip, and applys a burn for 7s
Incin with the trait is a 9s+ burn (balth) on the tooltip, but applys only a 7s burn
I submitted a bug report 4 months ago to fix this…..
Checked yesterday…. hasnt changed
