Guild Wars 2

So with the new leveling experience, everything is locked behind a level requirement, no problem.

However, currently level 13 and only have 1 utility skill slot unlocked. BUT when i equip the grenade kit, all my utility skills unlock and then i can equip skills, swap out of grenades, and still have use of those utility skills.

Also filed an in game report with screen shot.

Not sure if it has been reported, seeing as how its kind of a “good” bug, but i figure i should let ya know.

Also, once back in regular weapon mode, cannot swap the skill for something else.
