As stated in the topic – when underwater, Engineers can only toss elixir(toolbelt skill) to others but not to himself. Self toss elixir is doable when on land. Please fix this.

It works, it’s still pretty silly. You basically have to spam the toolbelt hotkey to get it to detonate close enough. I guess a simple change would be giving them a bigger radius underwater.

Thanks, it works. They should have stated in the tooltip that it is detonable.
