Engineer sigil effect on kits ??bugged??
Sigils that activates on critical shares the same cooldown timer, so they can’t take effect togheter.
I think that on a critical:
you have 60% chanche to activate sigil of earth, IF it does not activate (the other 40%) you then have 30% to activate sigil of blood. So the sigil of blood actually has 12% chance on critical.
All sigils with an active effect (on crit/proc, and on swap) all share a cooldown. IF you activate any sigil active effects all other sigils will go on cooldown. The game prioritizes the sigil on your weapon in your main hand.
This is done to make it so you can not run to on swap, or 2 on crit/proc sigils at once. You have to have one or the other and mix it with a passive effect sigil, such as +damage, +condition duration or the like, on kill sigils are exempt form the cooldown rule and are free game to toss into a weapon without penalty though.
