Guild Wars 2

There is a bug that messes up the skill list underwater .
I used to have grenades on 7 and tool kit on 9 .
Underwater toolkit was on 7 and 8-9 ware turrets . Now when i change them underwater they change and when im on land . When i put toolkit underwater on 7 , my grenades when i go out of the water are changed to 9 , where my tool kit was.

Thats not a bug, everyone has that It’s to “help” you keep the same skills on the same position.
