Entanglement : no acces to the story
Have you tried picking up any items waiting for you at the Trading Post? And clearing out all your mail?
I did that after I found a thread in the entanglement forum
but still nothing =/

You need the green star in the bottom corner first.
Did you log out and back in afterwards?
Have you received an Account Restoration? If so, you will have to contact CS and seek assistance. There seems to be some trouble with accounts that have had restorations and accessing the Season Two Episodes.

I do not understand what you mean … if you mean the 1st story (Gates of Maguuma) I unlocked it already

I just double checked
1. ALL my toons’ mail boxes and deleted ALL mails
2. I have nothing more on the TP (buying/selling)
3. I logged out and back twice
== nothing
and no, no account restoration ever on any account (main or alt)
I do not even have anything on the character select screen : I guess there must be some achievement or story whatever you can see on this screen ?

Reporting in-game will not do anything to help your issue. Those reports go to QA and are for global bugs, rather than for individual issues.
Nothing should show up on the Character Select Screen that pertains to the Living Story.
You will need to contact CS and ask for assistance. Top of Page – Services/Support – Submit a Request.
