I just played a match on foefire where my entire team dced with a big lead, like 400 to 230, while the other team started to go for lord. When we got back in the match, the other team had already killed the lord and capped all 3 points and then won. What happened here? I don’t think a dc like this could just be coincidental, because my game never crashes like that

It seems from past activity on here from the devs, you can look at matches played by individual players. Please look at my last ranked match. My entire team had their games crash simultaneously, near the beginning of the match. I had my game crash in tandem with someone else a day or so ago, but this definitely sent up a red flag this time as my entire team, all five of us, crashed at the same time. There also seemed to be an increase in ping (I neglected to actually check it) after this occurred. Also, to clarify, by crash I mean the game completely exited and was put back on my desktop screen, there was no connection issues prior to this.

This is a serious issue that needs to be looked at. I’m taking a break for the rest of the night so it should be apparent what match this was.

Happens to me twice yesterday. The whole Game crashed and i was on Desktop after it. But the other Team had crashes too.

What map where you playing on? I had the same thing happen to me on Tuesday right after the patch and I saw Magic Toker’s team DC yesterday (everybody except him) while he was streaming. Both times Foefire was played.

Exactly as title describes. Happened to me many times now. Random individual disconnects are usual due to peoples internet, however when the entire team or 4/5 of your team disconnects at the same time it is not us.

First map was foefire, Timer mid-match. Second map was temple after 30 sec.

Multiple times, in my matches has my entire team disconnected from a match. It seems it only happens while on the blue team as the other team isn’t effected. This is only recent as of today.

Happened twice, on temple and foefire here on NA.
Edit: make that 3 now, on both teams, full disconnects.

Which class you were playing? Happened 3 times in a row in unranked on my mesmer yesterday. All teammates disconnected except me. Not sure about team color though.

Had a game where everyone but me on my team crashed. Are aussies immune to these disconnects?!

4 ennemies and 1 on my tema crashed during the match? or they just have char selection screen?

I had screen semection with netwwork error twice 2 week before the update.

EDIT : hahahah now the other team had 4 drop.

I can confrim this has happened a couple of times for me too. Legacy was the map for both times.

3rd game in a row this has happened to either mine or my opponent’s team

4 of my Team dropped at Legacy of Foefire when we were winning…
And another game when opponent team DCed

2 of those game Are the red team that got DCed.

I am sortof getting irritated now. Why is ANET not looking at this?

Got it today in Forest of Niflhel, 3 guys (including me) of the blue team had a Gw2.exe crash. By the time we got back the game was practically over.

This happened to the other team around 21:30 BST 27th Aug.

Also happened to my team after the patch on Tuesday.

Something to do with win 10? As only a few people from each team seem to crash when its occurred.

No, because I use a mac and still get this issue.

Not windows 10, im using 7 and dropped once or twice.

Got 4 teammates simultaneous crashes in 3 games in a row yesterday. Stop playingd rated till fix.

+1 Just happened to me too. Entire team crashed on Legacy 30s into the match. Windows 10 here – if that matters.

I crashed but I have no idea if it was my new Windows 10 version or not.. >.<

This happened a few times and I was able to do a screenie on a recent match. Not sure if it’s a coincidence but it ALWAYS occurs to me when my team is leading. Everyone crashes and we lose.

Played 2 matches just now. Second match had my other 4 team members crash at the same time. Saying this irritates me is a total understatement. I’m considering just taking a break from this game until I see it fixed. This is totally unacceptable. I don’t care if I win or lose after it happens, it is totally disruptive to gameplay. This game just has too many problems with PvP right now to care enough to keep playing…

The game asked if I wanted to send a crash report, but I really needed to log back in to get back in the match. Sorry I don’t have a better reproduction.

I’ve seen this twice already today. Once a few minutes back in my last game. Enemy team had 4 DC. Pattern is same 4/5 DC. Last time it happened when I was left in there and all other 4 DC’d.

I can confirm this as well. From my experience it mostly happens to me when I’m on the Red team

So its been merged but no word from anet?
Can we get a forum rep here to at least help communicate this issue.

Happened to me twice two days ago. Also saw an entire other team disconnect and then come back mid-match. Presumably they all crashed as well.

4 out of 5 members of my team d/c’ed (including me) on Spirit Watch. The other team did not d/c causing them to get a 100pt lead to win the game. ;_; My friend was the only one that didn’t dc from our team.

Wasn’t my internet since I was watching a live stream on my laptop and it was fine.

It happened to my team again. 4 people d/ced and then we lost the lead/match….again. One person didn’t even come back into the game, so we played 4v5 for the rest of the match. This is becoming a real problem. I hope Anet does something about it soon because it is really infuriating losing like this

How hard can it be to fix this kittening nonsense mass dc’ing? Anet pls.
