EotM Balancing system badly broken.
I’ve never really noticed a recurring balancing problem in EotM. Sometimes you’ll get a match where it’s clear one side is dominating because they have more people, but I don’t see that too often.
Possible solutions
- Cap population per side and que them (you can expect ques when joining an overpopulated server)
- Expand EotM with a fourth color and give it to this one overpopulated server
- Run more instances with population caps and only start a new instance when the other teams have equal numbers.
An other solution is if players stop purchasing gems so the gain on this imbalance is reduced so much you actually will think about fixing it.
