Guild Wars 2

Not sure if this is the proper location for this but I’m unsure where else to post this since it’s likely a bug. Despite having logged in during the two week period episode 2 was free, and having seen a popup stating that I had unlocked the episode, it’s now locked and unavailable for me. This is completely absurd, as I had logged in for the sole purpose of unlocking the episode so I could play through them at my own pace when I had the time.

Are you trying to access it from the green star in your Hero Panel, rather than the Living Story tab?

Maybe a screenshot would be helpful…

It’s locked and says that I need to purchase it, despite having told me it had been unlocked.

In that case, try picking up any items waiting for you at the Trading Post (I can see from your screenshot, you have some Gold/items waiting), and clearing out all your mail. That should allow you to receive the letter starting the Episode.

If all else fails, you will have to contact CS for assistance. Top of Page – Services/Support – Submit a Request.
