I am unable to purchase any items on the Black Lion Trading company…It keeps giving me the yellow loading circle followed by an error 42:0:9001:4409:101

Anyone else having this issue?

My Black Lion Trading Company is not opening, it just keeps loading forever!

Mine was doing that and then crashing the game. Now it’s not even doing that. The window opens and… nothing.

it doesn’t load trading post, gem store or currency exchange, it won’t even work when I talk to an agent…

I’m having issues with the Currency Exchange not loading. The gem store and trading post load fine.

I cant retract buy order and buy something direct, but i cant since the transactions are not loading. After 2 min of loading i get 5 error messages at same time.

Same here, i just listed a precursor for sale. Hopefully it is still there when this gets fixed.

I can reach the gems, but i can’t sell anything, or look at what i’m currently selling at all.
I get a long loading and then an error code: 42:0:9001:4409:101 with an OK button. which i have to click between 5 and 10 times and with each click my screen gets lighter.

I play on Europe, Currently in LA.

Same here. Get the “client cannot connect to login server” message and have to click it 6 times to return to play. Can’t buy/sell or view anything on the “my transactions” tab.

The BLTC is not functioning properly. The prices do not load and after waiting to buy or sell an error message comes up with “The game client is unable to gain access to the login server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network”. Followed by an error code: 42:0:9001:4409:101

I’m trying to sell Exquisite Ruby Jewel but the window that shows buyers’ price won’t load, and eventually goes to a popup that says “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.”

I can view the price lists of any other items (weapons, armors, food, etc) but not certain jewels like Exquisite Jewels, so I wonder what is up with that.

ADD: It seems to be happening to certain loot bags on TP as well.

TP died about an hour ago. Tried logging in and out, switching characters, etc. Nothing on the TP works.

update: did a game repair. No effect. I think its server side.

Same here. Seems to happen when looking at the My Transactions tab of BLTC window. Glad I’m not alone, since I just installed a new Cable Modem.

So far, its looking like the trade post crashed.

I can’t sell or buy anything as well. Was working fine earlier; I checked my firewall and it’s fine.

I got myself 2 of those error windows everytime I try to buy smtg at the TP.

Having this same issue. Worked fine 20 mins ago but then all of a sudden I tried to make a purchase and now I’m getting the error message….. Frustrating :/

I’m thinking maybe ANET are getting some of that Christmas DDOS. that’s been passed around by the Secret Santa’s…..

same problem here. the mail system also dosen’t work for me. tried guesting and that didn’t do anything. i hope this gets fixed soon

can’t sell/buy stuff and I can’t view my transactions.

After playing for awhile today, i opened up the trading post and it simply wont load the items, i cannot buy or sell anything or even check my transactions, is this happening to anyone else?

Same problem here, it was working well about 40-50 min ago, but now… my inventory is full T-T

Just started today for me. Thanks for letting us know you are looking into it!

Yeah, I am also getting the same problem. I can access Black Lion trading system, and receieve my items/money. However I cannot sell any items as when I click on the item you want to sell and setting the price, it will just stay forever loading on that page. This all started today for me too, it was working fine for me 12 hours ago.

BLTC is now down all together for maintenance. Hopefully they sort it out soon…

Good, between the Trade post issues and the gems issues. its better to just take offline completly and fix what crashed.

a lot of people are saying that its fixed now that bltc is back up, but i’m still unable to sell/list smth, the lists do load this time but when i try to sell it just says “error”. Anyone has this too?
