Error code=7:11:3:191:101
I’m going through the same problems. It started smoothly on 11:19:15 and became extremely frequent in the day, making impractical gaming experience, with falls every 20 to 40 seconds.

Same issue. It started after 19th november. Never had the problem before. I installed the 64 b beta client and I think it is worst now disconnecting each minute !
try this and reboot after doing both in DOS command prompt in admin mode, can copy and paste bold part.
netsh winsock reset catalog (reset winsock entries)
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (reset TCP/IP stack)

Same error. I tried everything: winsock res, reset router, disable not-microsoft service, open ports, create exceptions in firewall and antivirus, etc…. Nothing. I can’t literally play, i disconnect after 10 sec i’m in. I submitted a ticket but no usefull solution from GM. Dunno what to do else stop thinking of gw2 and change game. Maybe one day ANet will resolve this issue….

I’ve been having this issue for many days. This game is unplayable.
Same here. Have this for days and its making the game unplayable. Sometimes the chat seems fine and only my movings are extremly laggy.
Has anyone received a reply or some kind okittennowledgement that they are looking into this yet? And I’m still having the same issue and everything I’ve tried to do to work around it has been bust thus far.
P.S. no idea what made the filter squirrel-out.

Nonstop for me this morning. I just played last night with no issues…
successfull login 1 time out of 3, 1.4k ping average and kicked out 1 minute later
Something you could try is a repair on your data file.Works for me when resetting routers and modems doesn’t seem to help.
In your hard drive Example “Local Disk (C:)” find the file “Program Files (X86)” Find the file “Guild Wars 2”in their create a sort cut of GW2 and/or GW2-64.Right click short cut and chose properties. In the Target Box at the end of line (do not delete line) add
[space] then -repair .Apply and run short cut.This may take a few minutes so don’t be alarmed is it seems that nothing is happening just let it run.

I keep getting this. Deleted the local.dat file and dump folder. Was 61mb now is 9.5mb
Well so far, the graphics seem smoother and lighting is better :O
I tried the repair but my issues are still persisting, sometimes even worse than before. What does deleting the dat file do? Is that the gw2.dat thing?

(Since it’s not affecting everyone…and seemingly not all that many people, it is probably something that you can fix on your end and ANet customer service should be able to help you figure out what it is.)
Same issue. I get into the game and it immediately lags and my abilities don’t work. I can move around just fine though, but around 20 seconds I get thrown back in character select with this error popping up.
I tried multiple fixes, none of them worked thus far.
