Error message when trying to purchase gems.
You can try clearing your GW2 cache. Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below.
If you continue to have issue, you can contact the Billing CS Team via the same link.

Only topic I saw for clearing cache was E-mail Authentication, if it’s that i’ve already gone through that process of verification. Issue still persists so i’ll send a ticket.
If anything I was also wondering if anyone else has this same issue or knows what exactly that drog error code means, but thanks cedo.

Looks like with the new layout the ‘Search’ function has changed its parameters (to be very specific…sigh).

Tried to buy gems.. was about to put in credit card info.. and top of the box said..
“$(drog_validation_message_required)”
getting the same thing trying to buy gems. did the temp delete and the appdata roaming file delete. relogged and still getting this.

Hi! We’re investigating this issue. While the error isn’t helpful, it does look like you can proceed by filling out any of the red boxes. Helpful error isn’t being helpful

i am still haveing the same problem. as not been fixed for me.
I saw this error for the last couple of days too. I was worried at first but found I could still place the order without issue. At least I hope there will not be a issue later
