Hi there,

Today I went to the Cursed Shores to farm a bit and do some events when suddenly my game crashed and got an error report. I restarted the client and loaded back into Cursed Shore and less then 5 min later my game crashed again with the same error. It did not happen at all in any other area (except the other places in Orr, as I have not been there yet recently).

At first I thought there was something wrong with my pc, as it’s a pretty old one. But in my guild I hear others having the same problem lately. I have never seen this happening to me before. I forgot to make a screenshot of the report, tho I did send it twice. It was called “Crash” and it was something about “Agents” in the “engine” folder.

Sorry that I don’t have much details, if someone else has this problem and has some more details about it feel free to add. I will keep an eye on it if it happens again, but for now I leave the Cursed Shore for what it is. Also not entirely sure if it is only in the Cursed Shore or everywhere else in Orr, I only visted the Cursed Shore.

Im having similar issues in the cursed shore at the moment. Have been for the last hour or so. Sadly im not even getting 5 mins of play before it freezes (skills constantly flashing in attacks but nothing happening and both my character and the monster being fought just stand there like we are best mate having a chat and a nice cuppa).

Currently stood at the jumping puzzle up by Lions point unable to do anything. There seem to quite a few other players doing the same or just running round randomly

Eventually it boots me back to the choose character screen but it can take a while. Latest code ive just got was 7:11:3:190:101, not sure if that will help or not.

Game is basically unplayable at the moment and as its freezing pretty much after a few seconds im stuck in Southsun.

I am french in the server “pierre arborea” and i have the same problem as you like many others players .
And i can tell it happens everywhere in Orr (3 maps i’ve tested)
We can’t play more than 10 minutes without a crash (gw2.exe) and there is no repair.

Ok little update – I managed to get on long enough to get to the gate for Lions arch …… unfortunately it is now hanging at the Lions Arch loading page. Once again it looks like I will be unable to complete my dailys (second time in just over a week) due to game issues.

Sorry to hear that gemgenie. For me it’s purely the Cursed Shore, and as Elradrieldor says also the rest of Orr. Will try it again tomorrow and save the information from the error report.

Just went to the Cursed Shore not long ago and once again after 5 minutes in there I get the same error report. Attached a screenshot of the start of the error report.

I seem to be having the same issues in Southsun again today that I had 2 nights ago where as soon as you go to attack something it freezes then boots you out.

Oddly enough it was fine last night though.

Had reports from two guildies last night that this was happening in Southsun for them. Constantly getting kicked.

Yeah ive been booted about 5 times since the last post. Trying to do the jumping puzzle to get to the islet sample – difficult enough when it is working but impossible now as the platforms appear but when you go to jump on them you fall straight through them.

It just seems to have been constant issues with the game in various places since the day it told everyone that “you free account has run out”

Booted out again twice in 15 minutes and unable to do anything while im in there.

Please fix the issues A.Net and at least extend the current LS as the issues that we are having at the moment are making it pretty much impossible to complete the achievements (and not through lack of trying.

I am on Kaineng and Cursed Shore is totally broken. No scholar Blix and all penitent path waypoints have been contested for like 3 days now. I am surprised to see that this has not been addressed. I have also messaged support and received no reply to date.

No issues here, try formatting your hard drive or you can buy new computers online.
Just avoid cursed shore for now

Very much appreciated DevonCarver (and the rest of the team ofcourse). Looking forward to go back to Orr again without constant error reports.

I am still having this problem so if you guys could look into it again that would be great. Thanks.
