Error when purchasing 8000 Gems

I thought there was/used to be a “Trading Post” section on forums but where is it?

When try to use a credit card to buy 8000 gems I get the the confirming page but when i select confirm it does its loading thing then says “An error has occurred. please try again later.” in a red window. I am able to make the 4000 gem purchases.

Yep, failed for me last night and just now. Also, the bug reporting system shows mostly ((XXXXX)) placeholders for bug categories, so hard to file a ticket.

They’ll fix this one ASAP for sure, just be patient.

Where are my gem sales? I want gem sales! Nerf EVERYTHING!
