Hello,

This skill (from staff #2) takes 4.7 seconds to cast (from start to finish), when the tool tip says it should only take 1.25 seconds.

The skill takes 1.25 to cast, BUT the after effect takes an additional 3+ seconds.

Cast time means how long the animation your character makes is / how long before you can do something else.

Not how long the damage actually takes to happen. Eruption has a long delay after casing, by design. But after the 1.25 second cast time where your character waves his hand, you’re free to do other things.
