Location: Caer Verdant (Caledon Forest)

Brugh is standing in Caer Verdant and his dialogue acts is if he’s on the move and needs defending (Stay on your guard. The undead may attack at any time.), but he’s been in the same spot for the past couple days. Because of this, the Morgan’s Spiral Jumping Puzzle can no longer be accessed.

This is getting very frustrating… This makes it nigh unto impossible to get this skill point. I just spent several hours trying to do this puzzle while the tree is dead. Evidently, some people are skilled enough to do this, but not me.

Why won’t the event start off? Can ANet do anything to fix this?

I know this topic’s sort of old, but this is happening right now (my server is Maguuma). Brugh is standing between The Verdance and Sleive’s Inlet and won’t move, though the quest is active.

Yep, this is happening on Borlis Pass as well.

It was fixed maybe 2 days after I posted here, but now it’s broken again, sadly.

Still broken at the same spot (Caer Verdant) -Borlis Pass-

The NPC, Brugh, is paused at Caer Verdant on the Yak’s server. With him not moving, the jumping puzzle is not going to be fixed (I believe he is the NPC which begins the repairs.)

Same on Blackgate.

Same on Devona’s Rest. Spiral has been dead for about 3-4 days straight now. Doubly annoying because it cuts off two jumping puzzles.

Appears to be the case on Fort Aspenwood, for at least a day now, maybe more.
