I refined some 3 hours ago and it was working. You need the artificer profession for it and as far as i know, it doesnt give exp as it is a basic recipe.

A lv0 artificer could get some exp.
Ok I found the stuff all the way at the bottom of the refinement list.
Pretty funny to be crafting ‘exotic’ just above green wood. Thanks for the pointer tip. I suppose I should have realized, as this stuff is intended for Magic Find which has to be available Account wide and on all characters at all levels.
