Guild Wars 2

I killed the gross mouth guy and the ceiling started to fall so I ran back to the entrance of the estate and the NPC’s talk among themselves and then the Charr goes to bust down the door… and it doesn’t open. I just spent a good 15 minutes running around trying to find another way out without having to defeat the boss again and HOPE that the door won’t glitch on my way out. Big sigh of disappointment.
Is anyone else getting this problem?

Could we get a response to this? This bug still persists.
