Ether Clone (third activation of the Mesmer’s Scepter Ether Bolt chain skill) doesn’t apply confusion as it should:
“Shoot out a third bolt of energy that confuses your target. Summon a clone that casts Ether Bolt.”
Since the Scepter is clearly aimed to fit tightly into confusion/glamour builds with its confusion and blind effects and already is inferior compared to the sword’s effect for example, this is very annoying.

I can confirm that as of 3/1 the third activation of the Mesmer’s scepter ether bolt chain (Ether Clone) doesn’t apply confusion. I don’t think the clones are doing the correct damage either (is 1 point damage correct, see attached screenshot).

Ether clone hasn’t applied confusion in quite sometime although that is something that is severely hurting the mesmer scepter skills.

Yes Iruwen we’re all aware of how bad the Guardian scepter skill 1 is. However I too have noticed this bug on my Mesmer. It is not applying confusion as it should..
