Guild Wars 2

In Kessex hills, several events are getting bugged and are not completing.

The Siege engineers just refuse to attack the offshoot.

Pack bull just afking in the middle of the event.

Normal event NPC get pulled by living story events, plus the living story event stop working properly after the last patch. Please:

1. Fix living story events
2. Relocate living story events away from normal events paths
