Guild Wars 2

Entered an auric basin map today that had a 40 min meta timer, missing vendors (all of the mastery ones). I then headed to verdant brink, and the exalted mastery vendor was missing their too.

the exalted vendor in Verdant Brink only appears during Securing Verdant Brink phase of the meta (day).
the one in Auric Basin only appears once the meta is complete during the A Moments Rest phase iirc.

did you visit those areas during those times?
