Exalted vendor in center of Tarir trading recipes for weapon cores, all recipes:
artificer (400) huntsman (400) weaponsmith (400), but when i bought: “Recipe: Exalted Rifle Core” and learn it on my character with weaponsmith, recipe didnt appear.. i found it only in huntsman tab.. so thats the problem..
It’s not a rifle, its rifle core.. i can craft elonian leather squares with my armorsmith, but use them when craft on leatherworker, recipe said i can craft it with my weaponsmith, but i can’t..

Elonian leather is a cross-profession crafting material that is used for making all ascended armor and certain ascended weapons. A rifle core isn’t in the same family as leather since it’s only made to be used to craft a rifle.
And looking at the wiki page for that rifle core, it says that it’s only made by a Huntsman. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Exalted_Rifle_Core Similarly, the page for the staff core says that is only made by an artificer (the profession that makes staves).
The bug here is the flavor text/tool tip saying that it (and all the other weapon cores) can be crafted by any weapon discipline. So, I’d report that and not the Huntsman part, since that part is working as intended.

its refinement like mithril ingot or ancient wood, same as a exalted dagger core on screenshot below..

It IS part of a rifle. You craft the core, and it’s then used to craft the Auric Rifle. It takes already refined materials (Auric ingots) and creates the core, which is then used to make that rifle. Similarly, the exalted dagger core is a part used to craft the Auric dagger (which is a weaponsmith item). If you tried to go craft the dagger core on a huntsman or artificer it wouldn’t work because only a weaponsmith could make it.
It IS a special refinement recipe that make possible to craft auric weapons.. i understand that result (core) need to be used with correct crafting proffession.. huntsman in that case.. as we seen with a dagger on screenshot…
