When uninstalling it says EXIT_SURVEY and the subdomain is 403 Forbidden:

I’d like to say, I enjoyed my time while it lasted, but I plan to subscribe to FFXIV: ARR from here on.

Not sure why you would decide to permanently quit a game with no monthly fees, but have fun in FF land.
