I’m not sure if it’s just me who’s getting this but the appearance of my experience bar of all my characters appears completely filled since the patch has gone up. I can still gain experience but the position of the bar doesn’t change like it normally would. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. It appears full for me despite showing the current number value of experience as being far less than full.

I just lvled up, for reals, and I did get the skill point, my bar keeps going full, half, full, half still, but it did give me the lvl and skill point.
