Experimental Turrets and Supply Crate broken

Server: Stormbluff Isle
Map/location: PvE, PvP, WvW
Character info: Level 80 Sylvari Engineer
How to reproduce issue: Use the Inventions trait line, select the Experimental Turrets trait and use Supply Crate elite skill.
The Experimental Turrets trait no longer provides boons for the Supply Crate’s Net (swiftness) and Flame (might) turrets; however, the Healing (vigor) turret continues to work, providing vigor for 4 s every 10 s.
