As the topic title suggests, the Expertise stat does not affect the duration of the self applied conditions a necromancer can put on itself. Other sources of condition duration such as food, sigil of malice and runes do work however.

The tooltips of skills such as Blood is Power imply that the expertise stat should affect the duration of the self-applied conditions but it does infact not.

TBH condition dmg shouldnt affect self-applied condis either. Anyway, expertise is not supposed to affect corruptions, dunno about the foods tho.

I think they should as all other sources of condition duration do affect the self-applied conditions.
The current best condition necro build take heavy advantage of the self applied conditions.

This is intentional, it used to do so but was changed in a previous patch.

That just makes it seem inconsistant honestly.
