Exploitable bug/cheat
These types of bots have been occurring since release, anet have certain ways about banning bots. they collect info on their behavior over a period of time and ban mass amounts. if they banned them instantly when they found them they would know they need to build different bots , by taking their time and mass banning it takes the bots right out of the game until they can make another.

Umut, yes, the team is aware of this botting issue since you guys started reporting it. We see that it is harder to report this kind of fellows because of the teleporting but nevertheless we would encourage you to keep on reporting them through the in-game reporting tools (you can also send screenshots to Customer Support via a ticket).
