Guild Wars 2

I’ve traversed through Gendarran Fields and the Dire Straits with my Necromancer, discovering the last missing Waypoint and Point of Interest to unlock both maps and reap the rewards, as I were a little closer to getting world completion. However, I did not get those rewards, from either maps. No mail, no notification, nothing. I submitted a ticket but I thought I’d make a forum post to see if anyone else had these issues.

If a GM could assist me in any way I’d appreciate it.

Had you already completed those maps before they added the new POI and WP in those two zones? If you had, you don’t get a second reward for getting them.

Both maps you mentioned had things added to them at some point. They result in the % dropping back below 100% but you can only get the completion reward once per character per map.
