Please take a look at this screen shot. I got my Explorer’s Intricate Silk Insignia in my bag but i couldn’t find it in discovery crafting. I’ve learned the recipe if u will ask and crafted 4 out 6 armor piece using it. This happens after the Halloween post patch.
Are you sure you’ve only crafted 4 of the 6 pieces? Once you know all the discoverable recipes, the items don’t show up anymore. You might search your recipe list for “Explorer” to make sure you’ve never created them.
