Guild Wars 2

I purchased 3 character slot upgrades, however, it bumped me up to 10 slots. I was expecting it to bump me up to 8.

I have the opposite problem, I tried buying a character slot upgrade, got deducted the 800 gems, but no slot was added (still stuck at 6). When I try buying it again, nothing happens at all; no gems get deducted. In fact, I can’t buy anything with gems anymore; the game doesn’t register anything at all when I confirm purchases.

If I try buying something I can’t afford (the deluxe upgrade), the number of gems I have becomes red, but it doesn’t cause the gem purchase options to show up like it normally would.
