OK, so when a female Norn engineer does pretty much any shooting/idle animation her eyes stay pointed forwards where she was initially looking. This results in her eyes looking deformed since they can be pointed up into her head and sideways so all you can see is a weird vaguely eye shaped blob in their place. She also goes completely cross eyed when sheathing a pistol/pistol combination.
Another example is with a rifle, her head points slightly down but her eyes are animated like her head was straight, again resulting in her iris’s not being visible but instead a blob of color similar to her eye color.
