These things have been bugged since shortly after launch if they ever even worked at all aside from directly following a patch. Just as 2 examples, niether Malchor’s Leap or Straights of Devistation can be completed because of WELL KNOWN AND REPORTED BUGS that have been around for weeks and weeks. I love Anet and have supported you guys for a very long time. I have talked many many people into trying your game and now I am starting to feel like a fool. The fact that you cannot/will not fix something that so dramaticly effects EVERY SINGLE PERSON BUYING YOUR GAME. is ridiculous. This is way beyond patience to the point of insanity.

Many skill points challenges broken lately. Seems that they only reset when the server is reset.

Perhaps a Cron routine to periodically check their status and reset them as necessary?
