ever since the “megaserver” the quality of the game we down a lot.. random error messages saying that my client is no longer connected to the game server yet i am still in game but cannot us chat at all.. guild and friend list also gets bugged.. WHAT IS WRONG?! i never had those problems before.. i didnt change pc and i didnt change my internet provider.. everything went down hill after megaserver.. HUGE lag spikes and random server-client desync.. PLEASE FIX THIS STUFF.. everyone is complaining about it.. stop adding new content but polish the existing.. please.. its just a suggestion that can make the play time qualtiy much better. thank you

It is not their internet or computer. I am a new player, just started today actually. I have played other mmos and games on my PC, and am having the same issues with being disconnected to the game and the client not responding. I usually play for about and hour then get disconnected.
Fixing the game! What a great idea! I’m sure Anet has never thought of that and that they really needed someone to tell them to do it.

lol, yup. I’m sure a better and clear title would draw more attention from devs and community. Putting generic things like “fix this” or “game is broken” doesn’t help at all, although the OP was some more descriptive.
Another thing, I don’t think it’s an issue with the game only, otherwise everyone would be experiencing the issue. It’s possible to be related with something at your end (computer, connection, your ISP, etc…), several things can be the cause, not the game only. Maybe with the “megaserver” it changed the way you connects to the servers and then for some reason your connection isn’t being able to handle it as before.
For more specific cases you would be better to try it through Customer Support.
