I try to gather underwater (Plants and ore) but unlike my fire molten unlimted tools, The new tools do not seem to work. no error or interaction starts.

Yep, same issue. New unbound magic mining tool doesn’t work underwater. Just ignores the interaction command. I tried replacing the batteries but still nothing.

Fix in latest hotfix patch.
