The last fractile before the boss was the urban fractile where everyone would become Charr.. Problem was this carried over to the boss, everyone in the group was still Charr. Im thinking it was because of this that we could not pick up reflecting crystals

Our group had the same issue today. We were Charr through all 3 of our Fractals after the Ascalon Fractal. We could not pick up the reflecting crystals in the Frozen Ocean during the Jade Maw fight. It also reset regardless if anyone was alive during the suicide beams at the end of the fight.

Same issue here today at level 10. Ascalon fractal as 3rd. After that, everyone is still Charr in the Jade Maw fight. Unable to pick up any crystals.

Someone left the fractal during Ascalon. Maybe that is related to the issue, as there is also one player missing in Alegs’ screenshot.
