Hey! So like every day I do fotm daily. And today I did lvl 10 with PUG’s and at the last fractal, Jade Maw, they decided to rush it. So I had to go with it. When we reached the boss and started killing jade colossus they kept killing the tentacles, so we actually killed the tentacles before we did colossus. Jade Maw died, but there was not chest or daily reward. So my question is did anyone else encounter this problem? Is it a bug or you just have to kill all the colossus first?

I even tried doing lvl 10 again and in the end I didn’t get any daily reward.

Sounds like they used the guardian bug and spawned a bunch of crystals early so thy didn’t have to kill colossus. Given the fact that you killed the maw before the mini event was done, it’s a very good chance it messed up the trigger for chest and daily. Good news is you could probably run it again and get daily.

TL:DR – If you don’t bug it, you probably won’t have this problem.

If you get the fractal complete message and no daily, that’s a bug.

It has nothing to do with killing colossi.

I did do it again a few hours later, and no daily reward, just boss chest, and it was same lvl 10. I guess I’ll just have to deal with it and be careful from now on.
