Even though I have unlimted frame rates on, its not going past 60 at the moment, and the game feels laggy sometimes. Used to average frame rates around 70-100 unless it was in a big zerg.

If you really want it for whatever reason, disable Vertical Sync. This also can act as a frame limiter.

This’ll probably also result in screen tearing however.

Also, FPS over 60 is kinda useless if you don’t have a monitor with over 60hz frequency and especially in a MMO like this (I would understand if you were playing fast-paced FPS game though, every Frame is good in those )

Make sure you don’t have some external program (such as software that comes with your graphics card) limiting your frame rate. For example I use RivaTuner which also has an optional framerate limiter.
