Guild Wars 2

My friend and I just purchased this game. We decided to start playing Asura. I noticed that my friend has a black face. He however, doesn’t seem to have the problem on his computer and also doesn’t have the problem when looking at my character. The problem did not appear during cut scenes. I was wondering if anyone could let me know how to fix this problem.

Have you tried changing your options in the option panel? Sometimes using very low res settings causes odd things to happen. Good luck.
