The 50sp “Vigil Honor Equipment Guide” available from within the Vigil headquarters at merchant: Armor Requisitioner Camotli, and the corresponding item for the Order of Whispers do not deliver the advertised weapon and armor skins when the guide is purchased and subsequently used.
I did see a few of the popup banner messages, but the new weapon and armor skins never actually appeared in my wardrobe.
I tried it with the guides available in both the Vigil and Order of Whispers headquarters. (Didn’t try Priory because I didn’t want to lose another 50sp).
