I just DC’d from the game and can’t connect back to the server. Wondering if it’s just me, or if the problem is larger?

nah it seems to be NA wide.. my whole fractal group and many others got DC’d and a bunch of people on reddit are complaining about it too

Ugh.. Me too. Thought it was an unstable connection at my end.

Well, there is a beta event Tuesday…perhaps they are trying to do some prep stuff for that, messing up everyone else. Only a guess. Hope things get fixed soon.

DC and can’t reconnect: happened in SPVP, one by one we were all knocked out. And I was bloody winning…

First anet kittens my FPS with the craptastic UI and now this…

I feel like anet just said told me to go cause now I cant even log into the game to play with these terrible FPS XD

First I queue up for a pvp match and my whole team gets DC’d and unable to log in to both game and forums, gave me some ‘(fangamer:-1)’ error for +/- 5 minutes. We are all frantically trying to get back into the game because we all think the others are being 4v5’d in CY. We all finally log back in and realize we all got screwed and the team goes to sleep. I decide one more game solo queue and the game DC’s me again with a simple error saying ‘Connection failed. Please try again.’

Does anet even want us to play the game? Thinking they just want my gems and could care less after that point.

My issue has been happening to me for days, since the last patch. Since the patch, I can log-in and get as a black screen with gaming music, right before you enter your character selection screen.

It happened to me when I was about to join a PvP battle. After reconnecting, I queued up again, then the servers disconnected me in the middle of battle. I hope the servers didn’t count those 2 DCs as loss.

Hamster obviously did not revive at full HP. Down again. Probably has debuff by now for going down so often.

Disconnected as soon as “Zhaitan Falling to its Death” cinemetic ended. So sorry for my friend who was at the same scene as the first multi-server crash occurred. I helped him out on his second retry only to have a repeat of the crash at that moment.

Black screen and then client stopped responding. Couldn’t relog thereafter.

Maybe it’s Zhaitan taking revenge on everyone?

I just got booted and it won’t let me re-connect. European player on NA server here.

I just got forced offline too, first they mess up WvW, adding in stupid crap, next they had to redebug the game due to both WvW golems and phantom voices.

now a pretty much server wide crash? hell probs a whole NA server wide crash.

and they wanna add more content when they cant even handle this? XD

Anet must tell the janitor to not hit the servers with his mop.

Same error I got. It’s worth noting that the server was really wonky even after it came back up; I was having numerous lag and visual issues on my usually impeccable connection, and the Trading Post wasn’t giving me cash for anything I sold- an issue mapsay confirmed was happening to everyone.

Really, we should’ve seen a second implosion coming. Server seems to be messed up in general tonight.

Map loading screen (Hoelbrak) for 10 minutes, so I decided to close the game and restart. Have been unable to log in ever since.
