Yes, it’s been in game since launch but recently I found other versions that seem potentially related but may be unique bugs apart from the slope damage that can kill you almost instantly.
1. Slope damage that can kill you almost instantly. Been in the game since launch. Nuff said.
2. Fall from a great height. Land. No damage. Move = All damage accessed, which can include instant death if it was a high enough fall.

3. Jump from the edge of where my character stands in the picture, while moving forward. As soon as you land, while continuing to move forward, jump again, and again, and again. Each jump will access the same original damage over and over until you stop or you die.
